Kelcey was born and raised in Los Angeles and has lived in San Francisco since 2020. She studied at UCLA and earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology. She then worked as a nursing assistant and research assistant and knew that she wanted to further her education. She attended Touro University California and earned a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies and Public Health. She completed her public health field study in Cambodia, working with a nonprofit organization that focuses on sexual health and infectious diseases.
She is passionate about women’s health and enjoys providing care to all obstetric and gynecologic patients.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and being outdoors or at the beach.
