Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm, office closed for lunch from 12 - 1pm.

The office has an on-call service for after-hours and weekend emergencies. Please call our regular office line and listen to the prompts to call in the event of an after-hours emergency.

If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room. It is important that you contact your physician within 24 hours of receiving emergency care. The answering service is designed to help patients with URGENT medical illnesses or prenatal concerns. General advice should be given during regular visits with your provider.

Scheduling Changes

We believe in the value of your time and strive to be as prompt as possible. However, the nature of our specialty entails occasional unforeseen emergencies and deliveries that can cause schedule delays. Should this occur, we will keep you informed and see you as soon as possible. You may be asked to see the physician assistants in these occasions but we ask for your patience and understanding.

We try to accommodate patients arriving late, but there may be a wait while we see patients who arrived on time. In some instances, patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to see a physician assistant or reschedule. Please call if you are running late to see if your doctor/PA will still be able to accommodate you.

We ask that if you need to cancel an appointment, you call us as soon as possible. There is a fee for cancellations less than 24 hours from your appointment time. Advance notice allows us to offer the available time to the next person on our waiting list. Please note this fee is not covered by health plans.

Registration, Check-In and Checkout

Please present the front desk receptionist with a copy of your current insurance card at each visit. Please inform our staff if there have been any changes in your home address, phone number, email and insurance coverage. This helps ensure that your files are always kept up to date, and that we always have current billing information.

Please stop at the checkout desk to receive the paperwork from your visit, to make follow up appointments and to pay your co-pay. We must collect assigned co-pays and other appropriate fees at the time of service.
